USING MS ZAK

We are an NT shop wanting to implement MS ZAK. The base product is installed and working. However we are having trouble with getting Login scripts and drive mapping to work on the workstations. We have the ZAK Admin Guide document but still need help. Is there anyone that has implemented ZAK and using login scripts and drive mapping that can give us some pointers.
