Using RCMD, REXEC, or R Shell Service

Does anyone have doc’s on how to use RCMD or REXEC to be able to remote control an NT Server (or Workstation) from a Windows 98 machine? I’m thinking if I just had some darn Docs, I could figure it out. Thanks!
