USR Palm Pilot

I am using a palm pilot (USR), My office is configured with Small Business server w/ outlook 2000. All of my appointments are located on the server not on my workstation. When i connect my palm pilot to my workstation it will only sync to the local,it will not go over the network to the server and sync with my calendar being handled by small business server / messaging.

The smallbusiness server is using Outlook2000 and my options in my PalmPilot program only has Outlook97.

How can I get my palm pilot to sync with my network calendar
