VB 6.0. datalist/Access DB ADO Error

I created a datalist in a VB 6.0 prog that successfully accessed a MS Access database. It is connecting with Microsoft Jet 4.0 OLE component. I tested with a desktop shortcut pointing to make “exe” file. All testing was successful on 3 different PC’s using O/S Win98 and ME. I ported the files and prog .exe to a remote Win-ME system that has MS-Office 2000 Pro. I am point correctly to the file folder. The following error occurs when I try the shortcut on the .exe file.

“Component “MSADODC.OCX” or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered or a file is missing or invalid”
