(VB) ADO Error

I have make my program in visual basic 6 and I use ADO with access database .
and when I finish I make setup program for my program and it’s working on my computer but in other comupter it gives message (some files in your computer needs to update ,if you choose ok your comupter need to restart)so after updateing
and setup finish and I run my program and I try to open first Form it’s Give this Error (ADO could not find the specified provider.) Err No. is 3706 .
this the first time I see thaterror 3706
so please anyone can help me to fix this problem
