VB & Excel question

I have a program that pulls info from excel and inserts to as/400 (screen scraper) but this only does one cell in one colum at a time which is fine for some projects. but what if i want to enter varies items from other columns on a row into the AS/400. Is this possible, can varies columns of a row be specified before moving to the next row?
