VB Program control of dial-up networking

How can I
(1) configure dial up networking connections under VB control and
(2) select these programmatically? I need to dial a number of NT boxes daily, each of which is effectively an ISP, and transfer files with ftp. The phone numbers can change, and services are added and deleted occasionally. I want to minimise the tech knowledge required of the operator, by managing this from a custom VB gui.
