Vb6 : Use of ITC and reun-time error

I have incorporated ITC in a program to download a number of files from a website.

After running the program

(1)returning to alter the source code I get the following error:
System Error &H800401f0 -2147221008

(2)as soon as i try to use another part of the program i get “run-time error -2147221008(800401f0) automation error . Colnitialize has not been called”

Each time, I am forced to close vb and reopen to clear the error.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong??
