Very Unusual Outlook Problem

I have ran upon an error with one of my customers that is giving me fits. It says “could not retrieve email from ‘Account Name’, explanation the end of file has been reached. error: -39

I know that general -39 errors generally indicate that there is a problem with the launch utility or that it is running out of memory, but other people are using the same computer with different accounts and it is working fine for them.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
