Video and web conferencing

Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum and I’d appreciate your help 🙂

I am an land surveying engineer and all the time I need to be in contact with my client as well as with other sister offices for daily meeting, what I am looking is a video conferencing device that would help me achieve my goals without using my laptop or my phone :S
So far I only found expensive ones and I would love something affordable please
