video driver install problem

i have a new dell dimension that i just setup to dual boot win98 and nt4 workstation. i have been installing required drivers for nt4.0 and all was going well(nic,modem)until i got to my video card. i have a 64mb ddr nvidia geforce2 gts 4x agp card installed. when i try to install the driver, it starts out ok and looks like the install is working, but at the end i get a message sayng “the drivers were not installed successfully. you may not have the required priveleges to install a new driver.”i am logged on under the administrator account so i don’t understand why i get that message. any help would be appreciated. thanks.
