Video in 2003 Server

Hi All,

I have recently purchase windows 2003 server and I was wondering is there any way to perform video confrencing in the network?

I am refering to something along the lines of www.skype.com but with video and audio that comes with windows 2003 server.

Basicly I want to be able to setup a video chat with another employee in the office whenever we need to chat.

Cheers,
