Viewing videos on TR

Since a few days, whatever my browser (Firefox, IE, Chrome), I’m unable to watch your videos

Black static screen, showing SHARE | DOWNLOAD but do not work either

When clicking the right button, properties :
About Adobe Flash Player : 11.3.300.265
Adobe Flash Player settings : Local Storage None or Unlimited : same

My laptop : Windows 7
A colleague of mine on an Apple : SAME problem!
