Virus help

I need to know if I need anything besides malwarebytes and microsoft security essentilas. My desktop background changed to bing while I was on fb, and I don’t know if the birds on the bing page are connected to the threat found but am worried, just got windows restored on here and want to keep this pc going…Thanks to anyone who knows and answers this.
