Virus – VBS.LoveLetter.Cl

How do you get rid of this virus the VBS.Love.Letter.Cl? Norton can’t delete this virus. it’s a cabinet file. I can’t send it to the trash either. Everytime I try to delete it by dragging it to the trash it say acess is denied and MSDO says the same. I am really worried. I would appreciate any suggestions.
