Hi, I have been having a problem with my Visio 2007 for a while now and our ITs can’t solve it, and it is driving my boss and I crazy. We had Visio 2003, which I had to replace with 2007 since I needed it on my PC too and our 2003 version was just an upgrade and nobody knew where the hell the lower version was (office life…sigh). So before I purschased 2007 I dawnloaded a trial version on my and my bosses PC, on mine it worked fine, on his it started bringing out the pop up message saying that visio 2007 is configuring, after it’s done configuring nothing changes and the message comes back again normally within next 30 min ( not on a regular bases though). We just decided to upgrade his PC and I was exited that the problem is going to be solved. Evrything got reloaded and we installed a brand new Visio 2007 proffesional and guess what? The message is back!!!! It’s like a nightmare!!! How do I get rid of that damn thing???????????????????????????????/
