Visual Basic 2010 Express User

I have the code

My.Computer.FileSystem.CopyFile(“C:\user\luke\appdata\roaming\.minecraft\bin\minecraft.jar”)

How can i replace the user luke with a user that can work on anyones computer who downloads this file?
