Visual Basic – Error 430

I’ve created a standard EXE in VB6 and it compiled and ran fine on my desktop, but when I try and run it from another workstation I get an “Error 430” when attempting to access database information that is in a different domain that the client. TechNet mentions nothing about this for standard EXE packages, only for ActiveX EXE. Any ideas?
