Visual FoxPro database problem

I’ve been using Visual FoxPro during some years. I’ve enough experience in work with such program. But some hours ago at opening database I’ve seen…Table Route.dbf has become corrupted. I’ve no idea why it happened. I only want to find a way for recovery dbf foxpro by any method or trick.
