VMware CBT

Guys, has anyone tried the VMware training CBT from www.eliaskhnaser.com ?? i am thinking about buying and am interested in your opinion? is it worth it? is the training good?

This guy was an instructor at CBTnuggets.com and the Citrix CBT he made for them seems to have gotten some good reviews.

the sample he has on the site is pretty good but wanted your opinion.
