VPN-Please Advice

I intend to setup a vpn connection between 2 offices. I intend to use the Cisco SDM which i have been made aware that i need to get the advanced Security in order to easily achieve this.

My question is: Do i need to buy two(2)different Advanced Security Wares in order to achieve this task?
