.vxd files

I am trying to upgrade from Win95 to 98. During installation, it asked me for these files:

configmg.vxd
dosmgr.vxd
biosxlt.vxd

Can anybody please tell me the location of these files on Win98 CD, if they are there? I am unsure asto what they are and why I need them. I must be doing something wrong. Thanks.
