W2kPro Validation!

my user is trying to run windows update manually but when click on download button; about 5 sec failure to download message displayed “windows genuine advantage validation tool (kb892130)”. i have set auto run of windows update for him but doesn’t seem to working fine. help please! his os is windows 2k pro (dell oem version).
