W32.Agent virus

I am having problems with my laptop. So far 3 virus protectors haven’t been able to catch it. Only 1 detected it but could do nothing about it. It says something like “W32.Agent.cy@dll”
It won’t let me access any form of internet, some programs won’t come up, and an error message pops up reading, “SPORDER.dll was unable to load, reinstalling it should fix the problem” whenever I try. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
