W98 Hangs at Startup due to a registry k

Hey,

I have a problem with my W98 machine. I remeber seeing the solution posted earlier in a TechProTip, however I would like someone to remind me what registry key causes Windows to try to connect to the Internet at (or before?) startup. This crashes my machine.
