Web Access to Tech Republic

I am having difficulty accessing this forum or any other part of Tech Republic. When I click on my newsletter, the site cannot be found. I don’t know why but everything on TechRepublic has a URL similar to this one:

https://www.techrepublic.com.com/5221-6230-0.html

Why I get a double com.com/ is a mystery. No where else does this occur?? Help anyone?

ps. I am using FireFox Version 2.0.0.11
and connect using DSL.
