Web Page Form with Attachments

I am writing a web page and would like people who are filling out a form on my page to be able to send me thier files.

Such as for example and art site that they can send me *.jpg and *.gif files.

I am researching this heavily however I also feel if the wheel has already been invented why not offer points for work already done.

This will be worth 2500 points to the first script I recieve that works that has explainations of how it is working.

My server for the web pages is linux so a normal cgi-perl script will run on it.
