I am still having problems with the Internet Explorer and Outlook Express

I am using Windows XP Pro.

As mentioned in a earler question.
When i ask a question in this sectiom. I get an email stating that the question has been answered
I click onto the website address, but nothing happens.

I have also discovered that when i get a email with a website address in it. I get the same response, in that, when i click onto the web address nothing happens.

Can anyone help me
