Web Server Fun

Can anyone tell me if this is possible?

Ingredients:
1 web server windows 2003 Standard
2 two separate company domain names www.companyx.com and www.companyy.com

With these ingredients can I:

On a single web server, create two web sites, one for each company and have the respective URL open thier respective web sites.
