webcasting

I am looking for a solution to webcast both video and
audio from a PBG-4, running Panther with iSight to a
remote iMac computer running on OS X, but not
Panther (i.e. no iChat AV) and without a camera. Both
are have a high speed connection. I have an AIM
account, but not .Mac.
