webpage stuck from last 14 days, how to get the latest page?

hi, i am trying to browse newspaper but i am unable to open the latest page. everytime the 1st page is coming of 20th April 2011. when i am trying on other pc the current date page is coming. i refreshed the memory, uninstalled mozilla fire fox & Explorer. deleted the history and cookies, deleted all the settings. deleted the temp files but I cannot get rid of this page. Please Help me. I am using Nod 32 antivirus. i have downloaded and used Hijackthis.exe and cleaned the files but still the same. please give me some solution to come out of this headache………….
