Weird hard drive connector? Help?

Hi folks. I have a laptop hard drive (it says toshiba model mk3252gsx) that doesn’t fit my adapter for ata or sata. It also doesn’t look anything like scsi or sas. I’m stumped. I’ve taken pictures of the connection. It looks most like the sata but not like I’ve ever seen.

I need to get the data off of it which is why I’ve taken it out of the laptop. Thanx.
