What am I not doing right?

My SONY VIAO VPCEN22EN HDD had crashed, the service center changed it ( warranty benefit). But after I re-installed MS Office 2010 from the DUMP, the MS OUTLOOK has been giving much grief; hangs, slow, features not found…. please advise.

Second: I miss the PHOTO EDITOR which was part of a previous (older) software. Any other compatible, free designing utility I can use safely? Pls advise.
