What and How should i upgrade from low-medium to medium-high?

I have an i5-7400, gtx 1050, and 8 GB ram. What would be the best upgrade? Max Budget would be around 700 Euro (800 Dollar) with selling my current parts. I don’t really play many AAA games, Currently thinking of something like gtx 1660 or RTX 2060 and 16 GB ram.
