What are good online master’s programs?

I am interested in an online master’s program in either computer science or data science. I know UT Austin, SMU, and Syracuse have those.

Does anyone know if these programs are any good? Certainly the schools are top notch.

I am not interested in whether these degrees would make a difference in employment opportunities but only if their degrees are respected and if the programs are as good as the on-campus programs.
