What could cause my lower case C key to stop working occasionally?

Now and then my c key on my “Laptop” will stop working, I can hold shift and C will appear but lower case c will not work. After a reboot its fine. Im trying to see what im using or doing when it stops but its just so random. I have tried swapping out 3 keyboards and no luck so i know its not the physical keyboards themselves. I have tried remapping the keys with Keytweak but it just reverts after a while. I have searched on this for a while now with no success any help would be Very Very Awesome! Ps im running a Virus scan as i type!
