What CRM integrates with peachtree data?

Currently, my company does not have a CRM. All of our current customer data is stored on peachtree and I have our sales target/prospects saved on excel documents.

Is there a CRM that can integrate with peachtree and excel data so I can start using a CRM to manage my customers and sales data?
