What do I do

I recently was having my dell 6000 laptop freeze up everytime I log on. So I used my windows xp reinstallation cd but after installing it I got a blue screen error. The message said setup cannot copy the file: nvraidco.dll, I don’t know if you can help me to resolve this problem
