I have been designing websites since 1996. I have been toying with the idea of starting a site that will let different people in the field of web design and hosting come together on the internet to work to the same means. I was thinking along the line of a informal business where the members would work together and get paid via one site. We would need management, coders, graphic artists, sales staff, copywriters, and whatever department we would need filled. The fist people to join (less than 10) would work on getting things started, after that we could take members as we needed them. Everyone works from home or where they want, no over head for a building. Everyone works to get projects done and done right. Communication and commitment isthe key. I thinks a business like this could make some serious money. What do you think?
