What is better doing after completing mcse….

I have done one year diploma in computer h/w & n/w. Also done mcse certifications.
Now i want to do something more.. please tell me which one is best for me ccna, rhce and any others…
I want to go more further in IT field and also in managemant.

So please give me approciate suggetions.

I am pursuing in BA final year.
