What is OSPF router?

One of the four Novell 4.10 servers in my radio router LAN is displaying a time-intervaled message saying that a certain IP address is “using my OSPF router’. What does this mean? Secondly, can anyone tell me how to fix a synthetic time problem? I tried using DS Repair. It ran successfully but not did fix the problem. Any suggestions for fixing synthetic time would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, the non-Novell guy.
