What is the Best Graphic Designing Software for webpages?

I use Corel Draw & Photopaint for designing web templates. I also use Macromedia Fireworks for some effects. And for web buttons i used Ulead Photoimpact.

For other Web Designer, what is the best software you use to create a professional webpages?
