What is the best way to get Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist?

Hey guys, I just need some advice on how to get MCTS certified? I am informed that a exam is needed to be passed but Is there any study material to buy in order to study for the exam? Or there are specific courses need to be taken to prepare for the exam. Thanks guys for the help.
