What should i do after Engineering?

Hello all.
I have recently completed my engineering in electrical and electronics. I got a job in one of the IT giant company of India( HCL Technologies).The domain which i got here ERS-Hardware.( Engineering and R&D Services).
I am very much confused about my future plan whether to pursue MS or MBA . I have heard there is a huge prospect in Embedded system. Please tell me something about this field and which is the best that provides degree in Embedded system.
