What smartphone will suit me best?

Starting a messenger service, need to track all outgoing/incoming phone calls to my office computer and my cell phone, GPS location would be wonderfull also.
Im not a “tech orientated” person, actually..”TECHPHOBIC”(if that phobia exsists).
Have not purchased anything, Goal is to start small to expand properly w/out going back to fix mistakes.
