what’s going on with login screen windows 7?

Ok, so the hdd went bad in a dell inspiron 1750 laptop. Getting repeated blue screen wouldn’t start-up chkdsk came back with several errors. So got a new hdd cloned the old drive to the new drive with acronis. Computer now comes on with new drive installed. Comes to the welcome / login screen where all the user for the pc is. User 1, user 2, & user 3 is how it is supposed to be but now I have User 1, User 2, User 3, User 1, User 2, User 3. Now I’ve looked all around Google and such and found that it the laptop has fingerprint or facial recognition software to delete it and reinstall. But this pc doesn’t have either. What else could be causing the trouble any Ideas?
