When initializing device NIOS: Windows p

This workstation just started this after I uninstalled a number of programs from the Add/Remove programs and then reinstalled Netware 3.1 client files.

“When initializing device NIOS:
Windows protection error. You need to restart your computer.

I have followed MS Technet article Q136337’s Troubleshooting Win95 startup probs. but end up with no solution.

It will boot in Safe Mode and “Step-by-Step Confirmation” as long as I choose “NO” to “Load all Windows Drivers?” prompt. I have disabled every device that can be disabled in the Device Manager. I have removed the Netware Client AND removed the NIC but it still gets the message.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
