where can I get replacement Windows XP recovery disks?

About three weeks ago I discovered I was a victim of theft in my own pad no less. Several important CD-ROM’s were taken including the 6 recovery disks for my Windows XP, installation disk for Windows 7 Pro and installation disk for Microsoft Word 2007. I had them all wrapped in bubble wrap. I did a police report but it’s not going to do any good. I have a strong suspicion of who it is but can’t prove it, so I’m gonna have to eat it. Lord knows why they didn’t take my Adobe CS3 or a Corel Painter X and CorelDRAWx5 install disks. Where can I get a replacement Windows XP. The others I can buy at discounted prices.
