Where i get the job for my Profile..?Suggest me for How to approach ?

Myself Yuvaraj Completed my B.Tech(IT) With 70%,And also Having Two Global Certifications CCNA & RHCE,And also i learned Many Things Using Train Signal and having knowledge About Server 2008 ,VMware ESX Server,Basic Networking Things.
But Still Now ,I am not getting any jobs…

please,suggest some ideas….
