Which Database would be best

HI,

I have developed a large access DB for a company. When the project started they were just one office. Now they have three offices and remote users. Access is definatley not the best solution for this type of environment. I was wondering what suggestions where out there for databases that support remote access efficiently without having to replicate. The company does have a T1 in the main office and most of the remote users have a broadband type connection and a few have dial up only. m Any ideas would be appreciated
